Container vessel offloads cargo
“The vessel’s departure time is 20 00hrs May 26, 2020, with its next destination as per berthing application is Port of Honiara,” Ms Chand said.
Ms Chand added that some of the vessels expected to berth at the Lautoka Port until Sunday are: today is the Highland Chief, container vessel, Liloa is arriving on Friday, Captaine Tasman on Saturday and container vessel Shansi on Sunday.
According to the Marine Traffic Movement vehicle carrier Carrera is due at the Suva Port today. Sailing under the United Kingdom (UK) flag Carrera had left Auckland, New Zealand on Saturday.
There has been no arrival of vehicle carriers to Fiji since April 30.
The last vehicle carrier that arrived in Suva was the Panama registered Martorell.
