Samoa public warned to stay away from airport and quarantine sites
Apia: In Samoa a stern warning was issued by the National Emergency Operation Centre restricting the public from setting foot at the Faleolo International Airport and the quarantine sites for passengers of the first repatriating flight from New Zealand which arrived yesterday. Around 150 passengers were on the flight, most of them returning Samoan citizens whose travel plans had been affected by the closing of borders in March due to the COVID19 pandemic.
