Ranveer and Deepika: Pati, Patni aur Woe
Mumbai: Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are Bollywood’s power couple. In addition to their endearing love, their friendly disposition makes both of them fan favourites.
However, in a recent Instagram live session, the couple displayed a mild tense moment in their otherwise solid camaraderie.
Ranveer, who had just woken up from a nap, was interacting with fellow actor Ayushmann Khurrana in an Instagram live session when an irate Deepika Padukone scolded him to keep his voice low.
“Bhabhi daant rahi hain, keh rahi hai main Zoom call kar rahi hu, chilla mat (Your sister-in-law is scolding me; she’s asking me to not shout as she is on a Zoom call),” said a sleepy Ranveer to Ayushmann before logging out of the chat.
The couple is often seen playfully crashing each other’s live sessions.
