TO PAY OR PARK ILLEGALLY??

The government recently invested millions of dollars into a certain town.

The council charge parking fees to hopefully off-set and help in keeping the investment sustainable.

Unfortunately, the $1 charge to park vehicles at a council car park seems to be beyong some.

To this day, it is hardly used. Drivers opt to park illegally elsewhere instead.
