Lautoka is the cleanest

I was reading your social media watch post 17/06 on why Lautoka is voted the cleanest town? It shows council workers cleaning the town early in the morning. So I made a list on why the municipal council in the Central Division missed out. Came up with six reasons, but my answer was point seven. ALL OF THE ABOVE.
