Kazakhstan’s first president Nursultan Nazarbayev tests positive for COVID-19

Nur-Sultan: Nursultan Nazarbayev, the first president of Kazakhstan, has tested positive for COVID-19 and is on self-isolation, his official website said on Thursday. Mr Nazarbayev continues to work remotely, according to the website.

“There is no reason to panic,” the statement from the press service of Nazarbayev also added.
