The substantive matter was adjourned for the State prosecution to provide their case theory and evidence in support of theory.

In the bail matter, State prosecutor from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Yogesh Prasad told the court that the State had received the bail application.

He told the court that the state required time to file their response as he would have to speak with the investigating officer to obtain the status of the accused’s children who were at their home in Naitasiri and the welfare of the children. The matter will be called on July 17.
