SEXUAL OFFENCES

It seems like once again sexual offence cases have taken a spike in the list of cases being called before the Courts.

Yesterday, more than 15 appeal cases were listed before the Fiji

Court of Appeal which were of sexual offences ranging from rape, sexual assault and indecent assaults.

How are we as a community/society trying to stop these offences that leave trauma and psychological effects on victims and their families? Something to think about!

ANIMAL SANCTUARY

It’s about time that we look after our pets, because they have convened a meeting to discuss an animal sanctuary for themselves. Maybe?

SCHOOLS REOPENING

BTL readers now know that school is just around the corner and parents know and understand that some of their children might need new pairs of uniforms and shoes. This is because their children have just been eating away the last couple of months apart from staying on course for their students.

Because the tuck shop was always open at their homes
