AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF ATH GROUP TO BE RELEASED IN AUGUST

Amalgamated Telecom Holdings (ATH) Group audited accounts for the 2020 financial year will be released in August. The individual audits for the subsidiaries are largely complete and the auditors are currently working on the Group audit.

A statement from thecompany said: “At this stage management anticipates the audited financial statements of the ATH Group will be released to the market before the end of August 2020. The revised timeframe is in line with the general extension granted to listed companies by SPX, under the COVID-19 Regulatory Relief for Listed Entities, which was announced in April 2020.
