$10m grant

The Ministry of Health and Medical Services will receive $10 million from the Government of Japan for the procurement of various medical equipment to support health and medical service delivery.

Minister for Health and Medical Services Dr Ifereimi Waqainabete yesterday formalised this assistance with the Ambassador of Japan to Fiji Mr Masahiro Omura.
