Man accused of rape acquitted

Semi Radaniva, 29, who was charged with the rape of his 23-year-old workmate has been acquitted of all charges. Radaniva was charged with two counts of rape and indecent assault. Justice Chamath Morais said there were many contradictions in the complainant’s evidence and there was no denial that the two had sex so the issue was whether it was consensual or not.
