PRB INSTALLS 29 CCTV CAMERAS AT RAIWAI

The Public Rental Board (PRB), in an effort to ensure that all its estates are secured and safe is installing CCTV Cameras as a pilot project in Raiwai before they are installed in all other PRB rental estates around the country.

The installation was completed on Friday and ready to go live this week. Works on CCTV cameras at the Mead Road Estate will commence this week for the duration of three weeks, followed by the Nadera Estate.

The board last month awarded the contract to Shazcom Technology for the installation of 29 CCTV cameras at it’s Raiwai Rental Estate.

The board did this after noting an increase in crime and unwanted guests at the estates.

Discussions have already been held with the Fiji Police Force.
