‘Expert advice’

The expert advice by Savenaca Narube, the former Governor of the Reserve Bank of Fiji is appalling. First he says to borrow one billion to cushion the COVID-19 crisis and now he comes with another brilliant idea, increase the vat to 12 per cent. I believe he also promised a $10 hour minimum wage rate.
