KNIFE BY HER STEPFATHER REMAINS ADMITTED AT THE LAUTOKA HOSPITAL, SAYS POLICE SPOKESPERSON, SAVAIRA TABUA.

Sunita Devi, died after she was allegedly stabbed several times by the same man, her de facto partner, Anand Kumar at Kabisi, Nadroga, last Wednesday.

Kumar was arrested and charged with one count of murder, two counts of breaching the Domestic Violence Restraining Order and one count of breaching the bail conditions.

It is alleged that Devi had been in a relationship with Kumar for about five years until she filed for a domestic violence restraining order.

The matter is before court.
