FICAC appeals Arya’s acquittal

The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) has filed an appeal against the acquittal of former Registrar of the

University of Fiji, Kamlesh Arya. Arya appeared before the Fiji Court of Appeal Judge Justice Chandana Prematilaka on Monday.

Arya was charged by FICAC for one count each of abuse of office and general dishonesty causing a loss.He was found not guilty and
