Girl, 9, in hospital after bus accident

Anine-year-old girl was rushed to the Lautoka Hospital yesterday after being hit by a bus carrying school students.

Police spokesperson Savaira Tabua confirmed the incident occurred at roughly 4pm at the junction of Kadavu Street, Lautoka.

“A nine-year-old girl was involved in the accident. She is admitted at the Lautoka hospital and investigations are underway,” she said.
