997 is the significant year for Elisha Elizha. It was the year of her wedding and also the year she started shopping at Courts.

Ms Elizha, 47, started buying small items which included her husband’s hair dressing kit, and later in the same year she bought an electrical rice cooker.

After that it was the mattresses, beds, refrigerator, television, TV rack and furniture.

“We always updated our payments with Courts and were able to buy other new items when we were good with our payments, we even managed to buy our sofa,” Ms Elizha said.

“Three months ago I bought a new mobile phone Samsung A20S for myself and it cost $629. I also bought a bed for my daughter which cost $376. Those are the two payments I’m paying at the moment.”

She said they had spent more than $10,000 shopping at Courts today.

“I have already bought two washing machines, and two refrigerators from Courts.”

She said shopping at Courts was comfortable and much better compared to other shops.

“The staff members are always there whenever we need them. They are very helpful in explaining the products in detail before we make a purchase.”

She says the good thing about Courts is the two years warranty of the many products they’ve bought.

“Many of the products we bought are still working after the two years warranty.”

She said most the products she bought from Courts took more than seven years before they needed replacing.

“I don’t take my electrical products for repairing, all I do is buy another new one.”

At the moment Ms Elizha is planning to buy a bicycle for her daughter.

“My daughter will be 11 this November and she wants a bicycle for her birthday.

“I’m going to purchase the bicycle from Courts three to four days before her birthday to surprise her. There is a lot that Courts is offering now,” she said.
