How about other Prisoner’s in there with rugby, soccer, volleyball and other sports talents ... can they be released to train and play everyday .... PLUS other Prisoner’s with trade skills like mechanics, carpenters, technicians, farmer’s etc etc ... can they be released to work out everyday and back in to provide for their families ???.
