First Rotuma community centre in New Zealand

AuCklAnD: Rotumans now have a place they can call their own in New Zealand.

The first Rotuma Community Centre was opened by Ethnic Communities Minister, Jenny Salesa, in South Auckland over the weekend.

Chair of the Auckland Rotuman Fellowship Group, Faga Fasala, now they had a place where the community could gather, elders could meet and the youth could learn their “unique language and culture”.
