Know the changes: Varman

Fiji Football Association referee’s director and FIFA instructor Rakesh Varman has urged players and fans to know the new rule changes in football.

It is crucial for fans and players to know the changes to save unnecessary fuss at the Punjas Battle of the Giants tournament which starts tomorrow.

“It is very important that all the teams know the changes,” he said. “When they know the changes, it will be easier for both players and refs.”

Varman said all teams have been briefed on the changes as required by FIFA.
