Korean national and president for the Food with Love Mission Fiji group, Paul Kim is continuing to spread love to the Vanua Levu families that were affected by Tropical Cyclone Yasa.

Mr Kim handed over relief supplies to the Commissioner Western, Mesake Ledua, on Wednesday.

Mr Ledua with the help of his team will hand over the relief supplies to the National Disaster Management Office in Suva.

The relief supplies consist of 1000 pieces of second hand clothing, 250 pairs of shoes, one water heater set, 50 bags of rice, three cartons of noodles, one folding tent, one portable bed, 10 cartons of Fiji Water, 500 pieces of plastic dishes and spoons, 500 pieces of aluminum trays including paint.

“I would like to thank Mr Kim and his family for their kind gesture in donating all these relief supplies which will certainly help our families that were devastated during Tropical Cyclone Yasa,” said Mr Ledua.

“This will certainly bring smiles to our families especially in the Northern part of Fiji, the Lomaiviti Group and the Lau Province as well.”

Mr Kim said helping others was what made him a happy person. “Jesus said love your neighbours as you love yourself,” he said.

“Even though this is something small that we are sending to the families in Vanua Levu I am also very happy that this will put smiles on some faces.”

Mr Kim also recently donated 700 bags of rice to some communities in Lautoka.
