A HEAVY RAIN WARNING REMAINS IN FORCE FOR THE WHOLE OF FIJI GROUP. A FLASH FLOOD ALERT REMAINS IN FORCE FOR LOW-LYING AREAS AND AREAS ADJACENT TO SMALL RIVERS AND STREAMS OF VITILEVU; ALONG LEKUTU THROUGH NABOUWALU TO KUBULAU AND; BAGATA THROUGH SAVUSAVU TO VINIDAWA IN VANUA LEVU.
SITUATION
A trough of low pressure remains slow moving over the group. Associated cloud and rain affect most parts of the country.
FORECAST TO MIDNIGHT TONIGHT FOR THE FIJI GROUP
Occasional rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms. Localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas. Moderate northwest to easterly winds. Moderate to rough seas.
