Electrical Appliances Save Time and Energy
ife would be difficult if it was not for electrical gadgets and appliLances. University of the South Pacific (USP) student, Kaushik Lal, is grateful for electrical appliances like the rice cooker, electrical kettle; and the air fryer.

Pursuing his Bachelor in Management & Public Administration International Business and Marketing, Mr Lal is grateful to have electrical appliances assist him and his family every day. “I live in Narere, the electrical appliances we have at home make life easy for us,” Mr Lal said. “Unlike the days when we did not have these appliances, we had to cook rice on a stove and it was time consuming.
“Now I just have to put rice into the rice cooker and water and it will do the job. Same for the electrical kettle, fill it with water plug and turn on the power, the water boils and he said.
He said the appliances help his mother prepare meals on time. “Electrical appliances are time saving devices which help my mother do other things while she is preparing a meal.
“She can do other things when it turns off itself,” the rice cooker is on because once the rice is cooked is turns itself off and the rice is kept warm. “My mother now uses the air fryer to cook. The air fryer not only makes cooking easy, it also helps us eat healthy.
“Air fryer is a zero oil concept,” he said.
“My family is health conscious and using such an electrical appliance benefits the family.
“We have at home now an auto washing machine; this allows us do our laundry in the mornings, have them hung and off we go to school for us and work for my parents.”
He said his family bought the appliances from stores like TappooCity, Subrails, and Courts. “Electrical appliances are the best definition of saving time and energy.”
