In May, close to 200 Fijians will leave our shores.“Our Fijian workers who are currently there have branded Fiji very well and this is a direct result of the good name they have made for Fiji and we are ready to meet the demand.”

“We must remain true to the purpose of our COVID Containment measures including our vaccination strategy to ensure herd immunity that will allow us to open our borders and our many family members and friends in the large tourism sector will be able to return to their work.

The opening of our borders will also allow our many family and friends to travel freely and visit one another as we have a growing diaspora.”
