Chef Akshay Kumar
Chef Akshay’s tantalizing culinary journey spans across a number of five star luxury properties not only in Fiji, but the neighboring South Pacific. The young chef from Ba comes with a drive to constantly strive for more transforming the shape of fusion cuisine in Fiji with the skills he mastered throughout his career.
Inspired by celebrity chef Peter Kuruvita and passionate for cooking since a young age, chef Akshay’s speciality spreads across Italian to Sri Lankan cuisine.

Chef Onkar Singh is originally from New Delhi, India.
Having discovered his passion for cooking at a young age, he explored this curiosity by furthering his studies in Punjab.
He began his professional culinary journey with five star hotels has been part of renown hospitality brands including in India and Costa Rica before moving to Fiji.

Chef Monish is constantly inspired by the people around him and over the years this has helped him refine his culinary techniques.

Specialising in Asian and Indian Cuisine, chef Vineet stresses on the importance of using freshest locally sourced ingredients in every dish and delighting guests with his gastronomic specialties.
Chef Vineet made his culinary debut with a Western fusion restaurant some 14 years ago and has since moved away from a traditional cooking approach towards a more innovative style of cooking combining regional flavors and bringing the best.
