Tourism Fiji’s marketing team are finalists
Tourism Fiji has been nominated as a finalist for Marketing Team of the Year by the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).
Tourism Fiji chief marketing officer, Emma Campbell, said she was extremely proud of the Tourism Fiji team for their commitment and hard work through these challenging times.
The team pushed ahead through the pandemic, and continued to show up to give their 100 per cent effort, she said.

Congratulating the team at Tourism Fiji on attaining the finalist award, the chief executive officer of the Australian Marketing Institute, Narendra Prasad, said the most established and respected Marketing Awards in Australia, the AMI Awards for Marketing Excellence, provided a unique opportunity to recognise the efforts of the team and promote the organisation’s professional excellence.
“Tourism Fiji’s finalist achievement demonstrates marketing excellence judged against the best in Australia,” he said.
One of the judges said, “Their submission beautifully underlined the positive, resilient spirit of the Tourism Fiji Team.
“Their culture of care and strong communications practices, both towards each other and their stakeholders, was clearly demonstrated and a was real strength of their entry.”
The National Awards winners will be announced during the virtual AMI Marketing Excellence Awards Gala event in Sydney, Australia on November 25, 2021, from 5pm. maraia.vula@fijisun.
