Bachelor of Health Services Management entry requirements
■ Pass in Year 13 Examination or equivalent with a minimum aggregate mark of 230 out of 400 with a 50 percent pass in English and best three subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Home Economics Agricultural Science and Computer Studies. OR;
■ Pass in full Foundation Science programme or equivalent with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 out of 4.5 or 2.2 out of 5.0 with a pass in English and best three subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Agricultural Science and Computer Science. OR;
■App●ica■ts who have completed an undergraduate degree in the relevant disciplines, qualify to apply with cross-credit (maximum of 50 percent) if applicable and advanced standing as approved by the HOS of SPHPC and/or Programme Coordinator OR;
■Regio■a● and international applicants will need qualifications assessed by Educational Quality and Assessment Programme (EQAP-SPC)
■Other than the fresh School leavers, alternative entry criteria maybe considered by the Dean or Dean authorized teaching staff.
This includes applicants who are able to demonstrate their ability to succeed in this programme on the basis of their maturity together with relevant work experience or/and prior learning may be considered for placement, as per the University Academic & Student Regulations (UASR 4.4 pg. 19).
the quotas for either the local or regional/international candidates is not met, then the MER may be considered until the quota for local and regional/international students is reached.
However, marks below 210/400 or GPA below 2.0 out of 4.5 or 1.8 out of 5.0, or equivalent will not be considered. Refer to the CMNHS Student Admission Manual 2020 for further details.
