Malamala Beach Club’s Magic
Nisa Labalaba has put Ben’s Kitchen on the Navua map. The former hospitality worker lost her job when the COVID-19 pandemic forced the closure of the tourismn sector.
But where one door closes, many more open.
Ms Labalaba runs the Navua franchise for Ben’s Kitchen.
“Ben Tuivanualevu started Ben’s Kitchen in Suva, and proceeded to develop a franchise around the mainland,” she said.
“He how has kitchens located in every town on the mainland, and one in Labasa.
“But the most exciting feature of the business is the newest addition in New Zealand.”
Ms Lalalaba operates out of Naitonitoni, Navua, where people order from.
“I cook and bake,” she said.
“Many don’t know that I actually enjoy cooking.”
The home-based business can be contacted on her Facebook page, which is under the name.

Malamala Beach Club is Fiji’s best located island.
Located in the Mamanuca island group, it continues to be a highly recommended place for me to visit - highly recommended by friends who have visited the day resort.
Malamala Beach Club is the world’s first beach club located on its very own island, situated just 25 minutes from Port Denarau.
Guests enjoy the beach club with a day pass where they get to experience white sand beaches, beachside cabanas, a resort-style infinity-edge pool, and views across the Mamanuca Islands.
