Prasad buys his dream house with Jokhan
What does it feel like when you have an own home? The excitement of purchasing your own property is special especially for a family.
It is like a dream come true for any person to buy their house. This was how Kavshik Prasad and his extended family felt when they purchased their first property.
It was Mr Prasad and his wife’s dream to have a home under their own name. The family resided in Nausori, with family members, before buying a property in Bayview Heights, Paul Sloan road, Suva.
This is a Freehold Land with 603 square meter area, five bedrooms (three master bedrooms on top and one studio room downstairs), four bathrooms and two garages.
The 30-year-old legal practitioner said the location was ideal for them and he was glad to make a wise decision of purchasing this property.
“I have always stayed at my parent’s. they have done a lot for me from day one and I felt that this is the time to save up and do something for them. My wife and I used to go around and look for houses that would be suitable for a family,” Mr Prasad said.
“As most of us work in Suva area, it was a hectic to travel early morning to work and wait in the traffic. We were used to it but we kept running so that’s when we decided to
move to a location convenient for us in every ways and Bayview Heights was the best choice we made.
“I must say the price was totally worth it because the property is just amazing with a lovely sea view and it is a friendly neighborhood,” he added.
The family is currently renovating the property. Mr Prasad thanks Jokhan Realtors Pte Limited for an excellent service and giving them tips on how to get the house renovated.
