Trade law impact on supply chain crises included
The role of international trade laws in the face of growing supply chain crises, will be discussed at an upcoming and inaugural conference on tourism and business, in Nadi.
The two-day international conference will include speakers, including University of Wollongong, Faculty of Business and Law, executive Dean, Professor Colin Picker, who will talk about this very matter.
The Fiji National University’s (FNU), College of Business, Hospitality, and Tourism Studies (CBHTS) inaugural International Conference on Business, Hospitality and Tourism on November 25-26 at the Namaka Campus, Nadi, will draw from the theme Post-Pandemic Resilience: A Sustainable Approach.

Strategic positioning
Former deputy Dean and Head of Management School at Victoria University of Wellington, Professor John Brockelsby, will talk about the strategic positioning of business and hospitality schools in a post-COVID-19 environment.
Reserve Bank Governor, Ariff Ali, and acting Dean (Engagement) of Griffith Business School, Professor Ruth McPhail, are also keynote speakers.
Women in leadership
A panel discussion on Women in Leaership
is part of the event, and will be chaired by the FNU deputy chancellor, Nur Bano Ali, and Director of Pacific Destination and the member of the FNU Council, Lala Sowane.
C2C Logistics Australia chief executive officer, Kathy McDonogh, is also expected to sit as panellists on the discussion.
