Radradra to Square Off With Marchant
It will be an international battle in the centres as Joe Marchant and Semi Radradra square off in an enticing Premiership battle in the Harlequins versus Bristol Bears today at the Twickenham Stoop, England.
The Flying Fijian, Radradra has endured a testing run of injuries that has limited him to just three appearances this season.
However, he has hit the ground sprinting, scoring twice and assisting another.
Marchant will be well aware of the threat the Fijian possesses, but he has been in fine form himself.
The Englishman is on a fourgame streak where he is yet to miss a tackle despite coming up against some strong opposition. He has scored three tries and assisted two in the Premiership.
Harlequins bounced back from their defeat in Durban to the Sharks to defeat Racing 92 14-10 in their second Champions Cup game of the season.
They (Harlequins) have won
their last four Premiership matches, defeating Sale Sharks, London Irish, Gloucester and Bath.
Meanwhile, Bristol Bears last won in the League in September. Newcastle Falcons, Exeter Chiefs, Gloucester, Northampton Saints, Saracens, and Sale picked up wins over the Bears.
Bristol Bears coached by Pat Lam side enjoyed success in the Challenge Cup, defeating Perpignan 5- 19 and Zebre 35-19 this month.
“It’s a big challenge for us – we’ve got to keep working hard, keep making improvements,” Lam said.
“It’s an exciting game in front of a sold out Stoop and one we’re looking forward to,” he said.
Harlequins won their last three fixtures against Bristol; the latest when they ran in six tries in a 3826 victory against Bristol when they met at the Ashton Gate.
