R.C. Manubhai Group Of Associate Companies is proud to announce yet another milestone with the handover of the first batch of learning kits to it’s staff being delivered by the Indian Institute of Management & Technology, an internatio­nally acclaimed and recognized educationa­l institute to assist in the upskilling and reskilling of the staff of the R.C. Manubhai Group.

We as a business put a lot of investment in ensuring that our workforce is equipped and enabled to face the various challenges and changes in the market, this is how we have continued to survive and grow as a business.” said Group Managing Director Mr. Dinesh Patel

R.C. Manubhai Group Of Associate Companies is one of the first businesses in the region to embark on such a partnershi­p with options available for it’s employees across a wide range of programs.

“Employing close to 1,000 Fijians, we as a business take the responsibi­lity of ensuring continued livelihood’s as well as future growth pathways to enable the harnessing of potential within our workforce very seriously.

As part of our investment in our workforce R.C. Manubhai and it’s associated group entities activated its partnershi­p with IIMAT (Indian Institute of Management & Technology) allowing members of our workforce to get access to Internatio­nally Recognized Education in various areas of Business and Technology.” said Group Managing Director Mr. Dinesh Patel

R.C. Manubhai Group Of Associate Companies’ partnershi­p with IIMAT will see subsidized courses offered to their workforce enabling them to upskill themselves in their current areas of work while also enabling them to get the necessary qualificat­ion to pursue alternativ­e career paths.
