Lata puts in extra effort for developers, projects

“Who would have thought when I left my sales job with a major hardware company that I knew what I was letting myself in for,” said the executive assistant to Relcorp (Fiji) Limited manager director, Bob Lowres.
“When I joined Relcorp (Fiji) Pte Limited as a sales executive, I had no idea where my exciting journey would take me.
“I have learned so much in the effort and expertise that goes into developing a major project like Naisoso Island.
“My boss, Managing Director Bob Lowres, has had a lifetime of experience doing these projects and I have learned so much from him.” She said Mr Lowres’ expect her to be available 24/7.

“Early in my career with Relcorp, I was somewhat intimidated by being in the presence of such powerful people.
“However Bob empowered me to believe in and have confidence in myself.
“My work now encompasses attending to instructions from Bob involving lawyers, finance, Government, consultants, marketing, public relations.
“It’s no wonder the days fly by.”
