Fiji Marriott becomes partner for Corona Fiji Pro
Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay has announced its partnership with World Surf League (WSL), as one of the official accommodation partners for the 2024 Corona Fiji Pro, scheduled from August 20 – 29.
This collaboration is expected to benefit surfers, spectators, and surf enthusiasts.
Returning to Fiji for the first time since 2017, the final event of the regular nine destinations surf season will witness some of the world’s top surfers converging on Cloudbreak, where they would vie for a spot in the WSL Final 5. As the official accommodation partner, Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay will play a role in hosting officials and international media throughout the duration of the 2024 Corona Fiji Pro.

The WSL has collaborated close
ly with the Government, Tourism Fiji, and the local communities of Tabanivono I Wai (Nabila and Momi villages) to reconstruct the Cloudbreak judging tower that was demolished during Cyclone Harold in 2021.

Cloudbreak, located off the island of Tavarua, is considered a top area worldwide for surfers.
