Changes to complement real estate services
One of the leading real estate agents in Fiji is revolving with the planned inclusion of new services. Inhouse expertise in real estate development and green business are just two of several services that Jokhan Realtors Limited aims to complement its core real estate services.
Proprietor Reginald Jokhan said these new services would help put the company in a stronger position in the real estate industry.
Mr Jokhan said the company would be better positioned to handle projects in real estate such as real estate development, designing green buildings, and overall project management services to clients.
“We keep a close watch on the developments in the real estate market and by doing regular assessments in the changes and trends we are able to adapt to align to the changes,” he said.
He said the company was developing more online services and planned to enhance its current online services. “We are working on some applications which we plan to release later this year,” he said.
Mr Jokhan said Jokhan Realtors had strategies in place to address any challenges or uncertainties in the real estate market.
“We engage in regular assessments of the real estate market, so we are aware of what is currently going on,” Mr Jokhan said.
“In this way, we can respond better to challenges as they arise. The Real Estate industry is dynamic, and changes take place all the time, so one must be on top of them.”
Investment approaches
Jokhan Realtors has been working closely with the bank to facilitate discussions between their clients and banks to help them access good services to assist with their loans.
They also worked with Investment Fiji where necessary to assist its overseas investors.
“This year, we intend to grow our services in project management, real estate development and in green building development,” Mr Jokhan said.
“These services are not so readily available in Fiji, certainly not with the expertise that we have inhouse, so we hope that our potential clients see the value to obtaining expert services from Jokhan Realtors.”
