One Off the Bucket List
Navua is favourite part of holiday
Everybody I know who has visited the Bay of Islands says it’s the one of the best spots in Fiji. We’re heading to Vanuabalavu for Easter, so, looking forward to ticking it off the bucket list soon.

Where in Fiji would take friends to?
Whenever we have visitors, we try to take them to Navua for river tubing.
It’s an incredible day out, epic waterfalls, great local food on the riverbank, and then we get to slowly float down the river with plenty of time to take in the amazing scenery.
Our friends always say it’s the favourite part of their holiday to Fiji.
What is your favourite spot(s) for coffee/pie?
Farmer’s Daughter serves excellent coffee and is a magnet for many Suva locals.
It’s hard to just pop-in for a quick visit… I find myself stuck there catching up with friends every time.
What is your favourite backyard spot?
I try to get up to Colo-i-Suva whenever I can.
It has its own micro-climate that offers an escape from the heat and humidity of the city.
The forest there is such a peaceful place for walks and swims.
We’re so lucky to have it on our doorstep.
