State of roads

I BELIEVE Fiji Labour Party leader and former prime minister Mahendra Chaudhry’s comment that “the roads are in a disgraceful state” even though $3 billion was allocated for it for the past seven years (FT 02/07) brings to mind the saying “something is rotten in the state of Denmark”.
