THE colourful photo in yesterday’s The Fiji Times of the 24 children from Wakanisila and the United States ambassador to Fiji, Joseph Cella, spoke so much.

I’m indebted to the USA ambassador Joseph Cella for launching the English Access Microscholarship program for which the 24 children from Wakanisila are pioneers.

I read that the program was launched with a grant of $70,328 and confidence levels are high that by the end of the program
