THE Athletics Fiji competition will be held tomorrow, Saturday, at the ANZ Stadium at Laucala Bay, Suva.

Program: 9am: 1500m men/ women U18/U20/open/masters, shot put men/women U18/U20/ open/ masters/ para, long jump men/ women U18/U20/open/masters, high jump men/women U18/U20/ open/masters 9.30am: 100m: men/ women U14/U16/U18/U20/open/ masters/para. 10am: 30m: boys/ girls U6/U8. 10.15am: 800m men/ women U16/U18/U20/open/masters 10.30am: 50m boys/girls U6/U8 T/ jump men/women U18/U20/open/ masters. 10.45am: 75m boys/girls U10/ U12 11am: 200m men/women U14/U16/U18/U20/open/masters/ para 11.30am: 400m men/women U14/U16/U18/U20/open/masters 11.45am: 4 x 100m relays men/women U14/U16/U18/U20/open 12 midday: End of competition

ARCHERY

WORLD Archery Fiji will be hosting six competitions, every two weeks starting from February 7.

FOOTBALL

Fiji Football Association

The Pillay Garments-sponsored Champion v Champion two-leg series will be played at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori. The first leg would be played on Friday January 29 at 6pm and the second leg on Sunday at 3pm.

The Punjas Battle of the Giants tournament will again be played at Lautoka's Churchill Park from August 1618 while the finals will be at the same venue from August 24-25. The Courts IDC will take place at Govind Park in Ba in October.

GOLF

The LGC will host the VKM Dental Clinic sponsored round 2 18 holes 2 men Ambrose event.

Tee Off - 12.30Pm - 1.30PM. Starters - Suren Pillay/ Gaffar Ali. Cards - Asish Kumar/Vikash Chand. Match: Raymond Singh/Pritam Singh. Prize presentation Dr Vimal Murthi/Vinesh Murthi.

Nadi

THE Andy Haden Memorial Golf Fun Day will be played at the Denarau Golf and Racquet Club course in Nadi on January 23.

Format: Four person Ambrose (team of four divided into two to players to play two players from another team). Entry fee: $40 (members), $80 (visitors).

Registration 9am. Shotgun start 10am.

Nadi

THE Gospel School for the Deaf fourperson Ambrose will be played at the Denarau Golf and Racquet Club course in Nadi on January 30.

Denarau

THE Woodstock Bourbon Cola Pro/ Am will be played at the Denarau Golf and Racquet Club course in Nadi on March 13. Entry fee: $60 (members), $100 (visitors), $100 (professionals). Professionals will play for a total prize purse of $5,000. Registration 9am. Shotgun start 10am.

Uprising 7s

THE Mobil Oil Fiji Uprising 7s tournament will be held at the Uprising Beach Resort sports complex on January 2930.

Super 7s series

The Fiji Rugby Union will be hosting the first event of the Super Sevens Series at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka this weekend.

The 16 men's teams will be competing. The two-day tournament will be from January 22-23.

Ticket prices are, $10 grandstand and $5 ground for both days as kicks off will begin at 9am.
