- Premier place to work Creating world-class beverages About Paradise Beverages ■ Source: PARADISE BEVERAGES

COVID-19 has created challenges for everyone, and our thoughts go out to the people of Fiji who have been affected by COVID-19.

Against the backdrop of COVID-19 Paradise Beverages continues to strive to be a premier workplace, creating world-class beverages and making a positive contribution in the markets where we operate.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, our focus right now is protecting the health of our people, both mentally and physically and supporting our customers in any way we can within the restrictions currently in place.

We've emphasised the importance of adhering to COVID-19 safety measures and enhanced our cleaning regimens and safety protocols, which include COVID-19 compliance officers monitoring our day-to-day activities and the creation of various zones/ bubbles at each site that cannot be crossed unless absolutely necessary.

We've established business continuity plans that cover a variety of scenarios including government mandated restrictions, office closure, quarantine, and high-risk cases.

We strive to provide consistent, frequent, and transparent communication to our people to keep them informed.

We are doing everything we can as a business to follow the Ministry of Health COVID-19 guidelines and to help flatten the curve.

Our award-winning RUM Co. of Fiji premium rum range, Bati and Ratu, has been recognised internationally with 12 awards so far this year.

These wins serve to amplify Paradise Beverages' vision of proudly sharing and exporting local Fijian beverages to the world.

Each of our products in the beer, ready-todrink and spirits categories are made through the hard work, dedication, and passion of our teams at our Fiji Brewery (Suva) and Rum Co of Fiji Distillery (Lautoka) sites.

Making a positive contribution in the markets where we operate. Helping communities across Fiji is something that we strive to do as much as possible.

We've donated hand sanitisers to various front line workers, non-government organisations (NGOs), health organisations, the NDMO and community groups, to assist our fellow Fijians.

We have also partnered with Make A Difference-Fiji in their TC YASA and TC ANA relief campaign to Vanua Levu earlier this year.

Apart from that, we've also sponsored grassroot level sports teams and tournaments across Fiji, to help develop talent and provide a space to generate income for the communities while adhering to COVID-19 safety measures.

Fiji's leading local manufacturer and among the Pacific region's largest local employers, Paradise Beverages aims to be recognised as the premier place to work, creating worldclass beverages, and making a positive contribution to the business and the markets in which it operates.

The organisation employs staff across Fiji and Samoa across four sites, including the Vailima Brewery in Apia (Samoa), Fiji Brewery in Suva (Fiji) and RUM Co of Fiji Distillery (Lautoka, Fiji).

Its range includes local favourites Fiji Bitter, Fiji Gold, Vonu Pure Lager, as well as a range of Ready to Drink (RTD) products including Bounty Rum with Cola, the Tribe range and our most successful RTD, Joskes Brew with Cola.

Fiji's much-loved Bounty Rum and the multi-award winning Ratu and Bati rum ranges, all from RUM Co of Fiji.
