VISION Investments Ltd has commenced providing counter bill pay service for Water Authority of Fiji at its Courts stores across Fiji and Vision FinTech outlets.

This is effective from December 23, 2021, according to a market statement.

Through this arrangement, their customers could now have an additional option to conveniently pay their water bills at their stores.

The company was also said to be having discussions with other utility companies to add to their bill pay services on offer.

This would provide added convenience to the consumers in line with the company’s purpose of delighting their customers.

Services provided by the company in Courts stores and Vision FinTech outlets included Vodafone Fiji’s third party services such as e-ticketing, MPAiSA and recharge.

Consumers could also access Western Union money exchange services, send and receive money locally, or send and receive money overseas.

New India Assurance thirdparty services were also available such as general insurance policies, including motor vehicles and claim services.

Consumers could access Water Authority of Fiji’s bill care services as well as Vision FinTech foreign exchange services such as buying and selling foreign exchange which was available at selected Courts stores and MoneyGram, sending and receiving money locally and overseas.
