Cost of living

-

TARUN Tikaram, there is no need to remind the electorate to be wary of the opposition parties regarding cost of living etc. (FT5/6).

Likewise, Biman and Rabuka will never go to the Kremlin to have a dialogue with Mr Putin.

How about you come to the West and have a dialogue with me regarding ordinary Fijians’ livelihood and the struggles they are going through on a daily basis?

In return, I say that you have nothing constructive and rational to offer.

For me, T/T stands for talk-talk only. Just take my FOC offer to Lautoka and feel the real deal when you see the plight of so many struggling Fijians.

New Zealand has a Labour government, Australia has just sworn in a new Labor government.

Unfortunately, Mahendra Chaudhry’s Labour government was doing so well in 1999, but the 2000 coup all but halted Fiji’s progress under his leadership.

At age 80, he is back again to lead his Fiji Labour Party, hungry to revitalise our economy and create opportunities that will deliver on your expectations and aspirations as citizens.

My five cents take is that the Fiji Labour Party will hold the balance of power in the 2022 General Election.

Finally, I reiterate to voters to accept all the handouts, freebies and more but only vote for individuals who will be there for you in good times and bad times not just before election time.

As for me, I will just T/T (taki-taki) grog at Kava Place with Allen Lockington and feel grog doped to remind him of my $7000 donation towards WOWS Kids Fiji at the Lautoka Golf Club.

God bless all Fijians. RAYMOND SINGH Marine Drive, Lautoka
