Service station reopens
TOTALENERGIES (Fiji) Pte Ltd’s official inauguration of the renovation of the TotalEnergies Makoi service station and promotion draw was held in Nasinu yesterday.
TotalEnergies managing director Dennis Michael Cuaycong said the reopening of the Makoi service station marked the commitment of the company and its continuous investments into the country.
“We constantly offer a fresh and updated product offering to the customers not only on the fuel but on the shop as well,” he said.
“This shop is newly renovated and it shows our new mobility concept as it also encourages customers to enter a very bright, airy shop surrounding and also properly labelled shelves so customers know exactly where to go to get their products.
“This Makoi service station would be the 14th station to be rebranded and by the end of the year all 31 stations will be branded.”
Mr Cuaycong said the joint promotion with Coca-Cola and Nivis Motors was one of the many promotions done by the company to interact with the customers.
“This ‘Fuel, Refresh & Win’ promotion was one of the many promotions done through our network and this one today was a national promotion and it started three months ago.
“Customers who are able to fill up to $20 at any one of the TotalEnergies service stations got into the draw to win the car and we are picking the winner today and awarding the lucky person with this brand new car.
“Normally for all our promotions we get good participation so for this one in particular as the country has started to open back up I anticipate that we had a good turnout from our loyal customers.”
He said 19 TotalEnergies stations had installed solar panels to fully run the facility on solar power and the biggest solar installation was located at the Vuda TotalEnergies station.
