Xavier College is the champion scooping the boys and girls division at the Coca-Cola Ba zone athletics competition at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
A total of 13 records were broken during the games, which depicts students had been well ahead with preparation to be a part of one of the biggest meet in the South Pacific.
Xavier College team manager Aseri Tokaseru Misimisi said they tried their best to motivate the athletes after there were no Coca-Cola Games for the past two years.
"The other schools gave us a wakeup call this year," Misimisi said.
"Penisoni Tirau proved to be the surprise athlete as he broke the long standing record in the intermediate boys triple jump."
Xavier College is aiming high this year after finishing fifth in the boys and fourth in the girls division in 2019.
