A great opportunity for interaction on future of business sector
FIJI Commerce and Employers Federation Chief Executive, Kameli Batiweti said members and delegates were keen to attend the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation’s Top Executive Conference (TOPEX) 2022 starting this week.
The theme for the conference “Strategies, Synergies, Solutions for a Sustainable Recovery: 2030 will focus on bringing in senior executives and in the private sector to discuss key areas of concerns and a way forward for businesses in Fiji”
The conference will focus on key topics such as “Leadership in Adversity, Macroeconomics Outlook, Future of Fiji Workforce — Global Perspective, Success Stories: Better Fiji Post COVID-19, Business Disruptions in the Digital Age, Corporate Government for Sustainable Development, Employee Wellness and Corporate Risk, Innovation, Ideation, Creation, and Leadership for a Better World.”
“The three-day conference will have 26 speakers of which 4 are international and their presentations will focus on these topics and how we are progressing towards 2030.
“We are excited to provide this opportunity to all delegates and speakers to network with senior representative from our wide spectrum of business sectors and share their views and ideas.

“Apart from the formal discussions at the conference, we have activities such as mangrove planting and mangrove cleaning included in our three-day conference for our delegates. This is in efforts to support the good cause towards a greener and safer Fiji.”
