TAKE NOTICE that a Writ of Summons has been issued in the Magistrates Court of Fiji, Suva by the FIJIAN TEACHERS ASSOCIATION CO-OPERATIVE THRIFT LIMITED claiming against you the sum of $6,572.44 with interest and costs.
AND THAT the Magistrates Court at Suva has ordered that service on you of the Writ of Summons in this action be effected by advertisement in the local newspaper. A copy of the Writ of Summons may be collected by you from the office of the Fijian Teachers Association Co-operative Thrift Limited at 68 Knollys Street, Suva.
If you, the said BALE MAWA wish to contest the Writ of Summons, you must appear either personally or by your Solicitors at the Suva Magistrate’s Court on 28th November, 2022 at 9.00am and in default of your appearance judgment may be entered against you.
