NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF LIQUOR LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days an application will be made to the High Court of Fiji for the grant of Probate in the estate hereinafter described.

AND FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given enabling Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the Estate of HARI PRASAD late of Vusuya, Nausori, Fiji, Farmer, Testate, who died on 8th May 2011 at CWM Hospital, aforesaid are required by the sole Executor and Trustee to send particulars of their claims in writing to the undersigned by 13th February 2023 after which date the sole Executor and Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the sole Executor and Trustee then has notice of.

And all persons indebted to the said deceased are required to pay their accounts to the said sole Executor and Trustee by the said 13th February 2023.
