SITUATION

An active trough of low pressure lies slow moving to the west of Fiji. The associated rain bands continues to affect the country. Forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group: Occasional rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms over Yasawa and Mamanuca groups, greater Na- di-Lautoka-Ba-Tavua-Rakiraki area, Interior of Ba and Ra prov- ince, Kadavu, the northern divi- sion, Lau and Lomaiviti groups.
