CONSULTANCY service providers Maxumise Human Capital Management (HCM) will continue to operations in Fiji, however under a new company – Optimise Investments Pte Ltd.
A press release from the company said Maxumise had a long history of delivering quality HCM consultancy services in Fiji.
According to the company, Maxumise, an Australian company, first provided services in Fiji in February 1996 and was later established as Maxumise (Fiji) Pte Ltd in 1998 with its clientele covering a wide range including Government, private sector, NGO, and regional and international projects.
It said these projects included addressing specific challenges such as pay inequities, strategic direction/planning, organisational reforms and restructure, executive recruitment and other related services.
The change in ownership will see the same management and staff that provide HCM services through Maxumise (Fiji) Ltd continue to provide those services, only this time under a new company.
Maxumise’s HCM business, standards, and service levels, will carry on with its patented HCM methodology and HRmonise software tool that support its services.
According to the company it will continue to trade under the name “Maxumise” and maintain the status quo on all its business relationships.
Salote Uluinaceva will take over the leadership and management of the organization as managing director and play a key role in the transition and future of the business.
Ms Uluinaceva joined Maxumise in 2016 as a senior consultant and has more 20 years of experience in senior and executive management positions in the corporate sector with particular focus on HCM, strategic and organizational management.
Meanwhile Maxumise (Fiji) was previously owned and managed by Max and Anna Underhill from 1998, after which Judi Cooper took over managing its operations from 2014 to July 2022.
The company shared that during the handover the Underhills stated, “It has always been our intention that the Maxumise business, developed in Fiji to serve Fiji and the region, will move to local ownership.

(Fiji) Pte Ltd.
