The New Subaru Crosstrek is a subcompact crossover which offers style, versatility, specs, robustness, rugged, fuel efficiency, engineering and most of all – affordability.
In short, the New 2024 Crosstrek is a package designed to go slightly farther off the pavement than its previous model – the Subaru XV.
The Subaru Crosstrek is available in two models: Base Spec and Mid Spec which is equipped with the Subaru Eyesight Driver Assist Technology.
Both, the base Spec and the mid Spec get a 2.0-liter four-cylinder horizontally opposed (Boxer) – Euro six Engine which punches up to 115kw of power.
This engine is the carryover from its Exmodel – providing an excellent fuel economy of 9.7Litre per 100km on Urban and 5.9Litre per 100km on Highway.
Also carrying over from the previous model is the CVT - Continuous Variable Transmission - providing the Crosstrek the ability to deliver the right gear change for optimum performance for daily driving. The Crosstrek has an improved AWD system which offers quicker response to changing driving conditions and road surface.
Hill start assist is standard, along with Subaru's X-Mode traction and drive mode technology, which includes hill descent control.
Subaru offers two different approaches to the Crosstrek's infotainment system.
The base model features a split dual seven-inch touchscreen displays while the Mid Spec, boasts a sharp-looking and responsive 11.6-inch touchscreen display mounted in portrait orientation that dominates the center of the dashboard.
The 2024 Crosstrek in mid spec has been upgraded with extra features such as: day time running lights, Led Fog Lamps, a full 11.6" touch screen and the Subaru Eyesight Driver Assist Technology which offers - PreCollision Braking System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, Lead Vehicle Star Alert and Reverse Sensors with Reverse Automatic Braking.
The main focus for the 2024 Crosstrek is to "bring joy and smiles to our adventure seeking customers" for every day of the week including vacations.
